*Pre-test validation: To make the interactive task activity a successful activity, we want to help to ensure that there are enough systems ready by the date posted on the schedule. For this reason we are requesting that each team planning to participate in the interactive task send a brief description of the system and the development status, as well as a URL for the organizers to access the system.
Since this is the first time this task is performed and since it is a demonstation task, the User Advisory Group has volunteered to review and provide feedback to the participating systems PRIOR to the official testing. We believe that this feedback will benefit the participants and the overall assessment of the task itself. Note that all the information will be kept confidential until the release of systems for testing by User Advisory Group (August 27).
