To register a team, you need to have first a user account. Create user account here.

Once you are logged in as a user, you can create a team by selecting the Team tab or by selecting Team Page link on the top menu.

Note that at this stage the registration does not imply commitment to participate. Final commitment will be required and notified at a later stage.
