Using the BioCreative Evaluation libaray

For format details, please refer to the README files within the archives available for download. In general, you should use the --INT option (which is the default evaluation option) to run the evaluation, so you can type either (explicitly or implicitly):

bc-evaluate --INT PREDICTION [PREDICTION...] GOLD_STANDARD
bc-evaluate PREDICTION [PREDICTION...] GOLD_STANDARD

Where PREDICTION is the name of your file[s] containing prediction[s], while GOLD_STANDARD is the evaluation file with the true responses provided by the organizers.
